Rachel York is an artist, writer and educator. Rachel earned her B.A. from Gordon College and her M.F.A in painting from Louisiana State University. She has taught undergraduate art courses at L.S.U and Messiah University and currently teaches as an adjunct professor at Rowan University. Her artwork focuses on the depiction of light, nature and the body, often dealing with the intersection of the spiritual and the material.
